(Player Spotlight) - Louis Adams #19 - Cornerback and Specialty Teams

Louis was one of our cornerbacks in 1984. He was skilled in pass protection and defending our secondary. Great guy and an important part of the 1984 Vanden championship football team. He had great hands and a no-fear attitude to stick an opponent hard. If an opposing player tested Louis, he made sure they paid a price for it. He worked hard to make his presence known every down, and he took pride in hard hitting and hustling. Louis also played on specialty teams and was always ready to jump in the action. He made the Vanden Viking tradition proud because he gave it all on the gridiron. I am glad he was part of our 1984 undefeated squad because it took everyone to do their best all the time, and Louis fulfilled his responsibility to the team.
